Spanish Fork Reservoir

We have made a couple of trips to the reservoir this summer. The kids love to play in the sand and swim.

Hudson's first trip to reservoir this year. He hated the sand and rocks on his feet. He would only sit in the chair or on the floaty where he would not get his feet dirty.

Happy Fathers Day

I am so grateful for Travis and the wonderful father that he is. We love you very much!

My Dad's birthday is June 16th so we celebrate his birthday on Fathers Day.
The kids had fun blowing out all 77 candles.

Swim Team

Morgan decided that she wanted to try out for swim team this year so I took her down and she made it. She practices everyday at 8:30 in the morning. These pictures are from her first swim meet. She did pretty good considering she had only practiced four days before this.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

Hudson celebrated his 2nd birthday at the happiest place on earth - DISNEYLAND!
We had a small birthday dinner when we returned home so he could open his presents.
Grandma Reid could not resist buying Hudson this Buzz Lighter gun in Disneyland. Every time he would see it in a store he would run over and start playing with it.
New Spiderman Scooter!

Happy Birthday Hudson - We love you!

You bring so much joy and happiness into our lives. What would we do without your awesome personality to make us laugh.

Disneyland 2009

This year we went to Disneyland with Travis's family. 21 people in Disneyland for 5 days - lots of fun and great memories!

Waiting for the 3-D show
Hudson loves Mickey Mouse. He was so excited when it was his turn. He run right over to Mickey and said "Cheese".
A couple of Goof Balls!
All the cousins waiting to see Aladdin

The tea cups - One of the kids favorite rides. Why? I don't know.
This is what Maisy looked like after 5 days of none stop Disneyland. She wanted to eat but she was so tired she could not keep her eyes open.

Huntington Beach

We decided that we would try out a new beach this trip. It was cloudy and not very warm when we got there. We left the kids swimsuits in the car because we thought it was too cold. So after their clothes were wet to their necks they decided they would go put their suits on. Should have known just to put them on in the first place.

This baby seal was sunning itself on the beach while we there. It was kinda fun to see.

Universal Studios

We spent a day at Universal Studios while in California. It was the first time for the kids and myself. It was fun, but probably not a yearly event.

Four Wheeling Fun

The girls had been dying to take the new four wheeler they got for Easter and go riding. So we loaded up the Reid family and off we went. Hotdogs, marshmallows, a little rain and lots of fun. We only had one scary incident where Morgan learned that she is not invincible and that accidents do happen, even to her. You will see by the last photo that she was a little upset. Thankfully everything worked out and her Dad was able to save her from going off a very steep cliff. She is now signed up to take a course on ATV riding and safety.

Hudson even learned how to start the four wheeler on this trip. I can only imagine what the next couple of years is going to bring.
What would we do without our Dad's?

Schools Out!

As you can see I am only about a month and a half behind on my blogging. I am not sure where the last two months have gone, but they sure have gone quickly. It has already been a month since the kids have been out of school and I have yet to put the end of school pictures on. I also just remembered that I forgot my camera for Morgan's program so unfortunately I don't have pictures.

The kindergarten put on a cute program for the parents about the seasons. Maisy was an Indian. It is hard to see her these pictures.

Maisy loved Mrs Wall. She is an awesome teacher.
